Grunwald 2011
The climax of the ride is the participation in the celebrations of one of the greatest medieval battles that took place in 1410 in the battlefields of Grunwald between the Teutonic Knights and joined Polish and Lithuanian forces. The demonstration of the battle attracts about 60.000 spectators and about 1500 knight-participants from Poland, Lithuania, Scotland, Czech Republic, Italy, Austria and Belarus. The medieval village with stalls and artistic handicraft shows is built each year. This year almost 100.000 spectators appeared at the demonstration of the battle. We will celebrate a full anniversary in 5 years’time.

It is really worth seeing!
